$10 tasting fee
You are invited to a wine tasting

When: November 14th 2009 anytime between Noon and 4pm
Where: Northwest Totem Cellars in Redmond

Come and taste why Northwest Totem Cellars was one of 10 Washington wineries chosen to participate in James Beard's Taste America and stock your cellar now!

Chef Francis Janes will be preparing all vegan:

  • Herbed polenta rounds with sun dried tomatoes and olives
  • Baked cremini mushrooms stuffed with caramelized onion and garlic
  • Baked marinated tofu triangles with pecan crust

Kate of Totem Cellars will be preparing all vegan:

  • Tuscan roasted potatoes with Italian sausage
  • Homemade pizzas (as always)
  • Autumn mushroom and nut pate with white truffle oil on homemade focaccia

PLUS we'll also have a chocolate fountain with vegan marshmallows for dipping. That's right, marshmallows without animal gelatin. They are delicious dipped in dark chocolate and paired with the Late Harvest Viognier or another taste of red.

No RSVP, just arrive anytime between noon and 4pm. While the winery is not set up to entertain children, children are welcome.

Bring your friends and enjoy an open house with fine wines and delicious vegan foods while helping the animals at Pigs Peace Sanctuary.
